Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate AOG field maintenance, aligning manpower, tooling, and materials for a quick return-to-service. Arrange travel and logistics for field technicians, ensuring seamless on-site maintenance support. Initiate, manage, and maintain work orders in maintenance tracking systems for accurate service records. Monitor real-time AOG events, adjusting resources and job sequencing to adapt to changing conditions. Coordinate with supply chains and vendors for expedited parts and tooling delivery. Act as the primary contact for internal teams and customers during AOG events, providing timely updates. Maintain an AOG performance dashboard to track operational improvements. Support post-event debriefs and reporting, identifying process improvements. Execute other duties supporting the AOG department’s mission as required. Requirements: Proven ability to plan and prioritize in fast-paced environments. Strong organizational and scheduling capabilities with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for clear and concise customer and team updates. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance tracking systems. Customer-focused with a sense of urgency for critical operations. Ability to work variable shifts, including nights and weekends, supporting 24/7 operations. Self-motivated and decisive, managing multiple events simultaneously. Strong critical thinking skills for effective resource planning and problem-solving. High school diploma required, with a preference for an associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Authorization to work in the United States with successful background check completion. 1 to 3 years of experience in Aerospace/Aeronautics is preferred.
