POSITION SUMMARY:
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a variety of clerical tasks including data entry, printing and compiling job documents, receiving packing lists in Oracle, and scanning documents to a network drive for retention. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and strong organizational and communication skills
