Job Title: Administrative Specialist
Job DescriptionThe Administrative Specialist will serve as the Authorized Signatory for airport security badges and access credentials, ensuring all applications are complete and compliant with TSA and airport regulations. This role covers timekeeping, attendance, parking passes, and badge duties for employees.
Responsibilities
- Act as the Authorized Signatory for airport security badges and access credentials.
- Oversee attendance by participating in weekly meetings to review records and prepare PRM summaries for disciplinary actions.
- Manage all incoming audits, including customs audit reports, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Monitor driving records using Samba Safety, flagging any infractions or suspensions.
- Assist with attendance tracking and reporting, especially on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
- Support badge issuance and termination processes, including documentation and system updates.
- Manage mail pickups or deliveries via FedEx at SFO occasionally.
- Collaborate with the onboarding specialist to process and manage employee parking pass requests.
Essential Skills- Experience in administration and customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Strong reporting and administrative skills.
- Experience with badging at an airport.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Ability to obtain and maintain an airport security clearance, customs seal, and/or USPS security clearance.

Work Environment
This position is based in an office setting with a shift from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. The role is temporary for 3-6 months, with the possibility of becoming permanent or transitioning to a different role based on performance and availability.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.50 - $27.50/hr.
