Join a Global Aviation LeaderPDS Tech Commercial is hiring an Autotime Administrator to join our team in partnership with a global leader in the Aviation Industry. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring accurate workforce data and payroll processes while supporting both employees and managers with vital system training and reporting. Your work will directly impact operational efficiency and employee satisfaction across the organization.
What You’ll DoAs an Autotime Administrator, you will:
Ensure the accuracy of employee profiles in AutoTime and maintain updates or changes.
Monitor timecard accuracy, working with supervisors weekly for validation and sign-off.
Perform weekly payroll reconciliations for direct employees and manage contractor payroll processes.
Submit invoices for contractor payroll approval and payment to agencies.
Reconcile PTO/vacation balances monthly against payroll records.
Generate and deliver weekly reports (e.g., overtime, absenteeism, exception reports) to leadership.
Train new hires, supervisors, and managers on efficient system use.
Support CASRA audits by providing payroll reports (approximately 10 audits per year).
Serve as a resource for employees and managers needing guidance or troubleshooting in AutoTime.
Perform labor hours corrections/reconciliations between AutoTime, SAP, and Maximo.
What You’ll BringRequired:
High school diploma.
1–2 years of experience in an administrative assistant, coordinator, or related role.
Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and other business applications.
Professional presentation skills with the ability to conduct meetings effectively.
Preferred:
Experience supporting payroll systems or timekeeping platforms.
Background in aviation, manufacturing, or technical environments.

Pay Details: $42,000.00 to $55,000.00 per hour
