Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

• Greet customers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and engaging manner.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding aviation parts, pricing, and availability.
• Actively identify customer needs and recommend appropriate parts and solutions.
• Prepare and provide quotes, follow up on open quotes, and assist in converting inquiries into sales.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Answer incoming calls, route them appropriately, or assist customers directly.
• Manage email correspondence and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Address customer concerns or issues promptly while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Assist visiting customers with on-site needs, including coordinating transportation to airport terminals, helping arrange rental car bookings, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area.
• Support additional administrative and customer service tasks as needed.

Aviation Parts Management:

• Receive, inspect, and accurately catalog incoming aviation parts shipments.
• Maintain organized inventory and ensure parts are easily accessible and properly documented.
• Coordinate order fulfillment, including picking, packing, and shipping parts to customers.
• Prepare shipping labels, packing slips, and required documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Provide customers with order updates, tracking information, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate drop shipments directly from vendors to customers.
• Work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely ordering and replenishment of parts.
• Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet regulatory and company standards.
• Document and resolve discrepancies or issues with received or shipped parts.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in aviation parts management or related field is a plus.
• Prior experience in aviation parts management, inventory control, customer service, or related roles preferred.
• Strong knowledge of aviation parts terminology, specifications, and industry standards preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with inventory management software and MS Office Suite.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all work processes.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to pass a TSA background check and compliance with a pre-employment/random drug testing program.
