The Boeing Company Government and Enterprise Contracts Team is looking for Senior Staff Analyst based out of Hazelwood, MO (St. Louis area). This role offers a unique opportunity to engage in critical data analysis, metric collection, organizational process improvements and leadership team coordination. - Work closely with the Government and Enterprise Contracts Deputy
- Collaborate with all other members of the leadership team
- Help to not only create, but execute these processes across multiple internal executive leadership teams, senior management teams and external customer

Position Responsibilities:
- Interface with leaders at all levels of the enterprise and with external customers on a regular basis providing contract interpretations/determinations
- Make firm commitments on behalf of the enterprise within established delegation of authority with customers for various transactions
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with customer counterparts and internal stakeholders
- Develop solutions to complex problems that require a high degree of ingenuity, creativity, and innovation
- Develop solutions to unique challenges that may serve as precedent for future decisions Operate and practice with a professional level of discretion and autonomy
- Lead the development of contractual and pricing strategy, funding and expenditure profiles, provide proper disclosures within established company and customer policies, process, procedures and regulations
- Provide contracts guidance/determinations and technical and operational leadership for the program/business management teams
- Ensure compliance with legal and company requirements
- Prepare guidance relating to company funds requests
- Serve as a mentor and team lead to less experienced peers
This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience in other Finance or Technical functions such as Contracts, Financial Operations or scheduling
- 3+ years of experience developing, negotiating and executing complex United States Government (USG) contracts and subcontracts under USG primes
- 3+ years of experience preparing all elements of a Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) compliant proposal
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years of experience using analytical, collaboration, communication and organizational skills
- Ability to perform with a significant amount of autonomy and exercise good judgment in determining objectives and approaches to assignments
- Ability to advise all levels of management on contractual rights and obligations, risk avoidance and mitigation, strategy, and problem solving

Summary pay range: $100,300 - $135,700
