How youll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) Responsible for the review of engine and aircraft acquisitions and sales records, establishing / reconstructing trace documentation “back-to-birth” for all Life Limited Parts (LLP) in chronological order of events as well as Airworthiness Directive (AD) and Service Bulletin (SB) compliance reporting. Engine models may include, but not limited to CFM56, CF6-80, RR Trent, V2500, CF34, PW1100, PW1500, PW2000 and PW4000 enginesEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesResearch and verify compliance of Airworthiness Directives and Service BulletinsGenerate LLP Sheets, create LLP traceability packages as well as AD and SB Status Reports using SCEPTRE (operator’s system) and / or Documentum Contact operators and/or OEM’s for missing documentation or records correctionsGenerate mini packs for internal and external customers, sales, spaneting, etc.Communicate with customers regarding records questions and concernsOther duties as assigned to meet business needs

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) Must have High School Diploma or equivalent experience.Minimum 3-5 years of engine, aircraft and, APU records experienceMinimum 3-5 years of commercial aviation Basic knowledge of aircraft maintenance documentationStrong knowledge of engine shop records Strong customer service orientation Ability to work in a high-pressure environment Proficiency with software packages (Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to travel worldwide for records reviews, as needed Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data. Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles. Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency. Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
