In the Market Development team, you’ll play an essential role, collaborating closely with teams and partners to deliver standout spaneting initiatives and cement our competitive advantage.
What youll be doing:
- Execute compelling trade and Online Travel Agent (OTA) spaneting campaigns that boost revenue, engagement, and brand visibility.
- Manage targeted trade communications to drive awareness, engagement, and uptake of Air New Zealand products, services, and promotions.
- Manage campaigns and content across our agent platform Duo alongside the Trade Marketing Manager.
- Analyse campaign performance, delivering actionable insights to continuously improve ROI.
- Develop creative collateral, bespoke promotions, and support materials tailored to our trade partners.
- Coordinate exciting trade events, conferences, and partner activations.
- Stay ahead by tracking trade activity and competitor movements, providing strategic insights to the team.
- Manage specific budget line items effectively, supporting forecasting and project delivery.
What were looking for:
- A degree in business or spaneting combined with at least 2 years of relevant spaneting experience.
- Proven ability to execute and optimise successful spaneting campaigns.
- Strong organisational skills, detail orientation, and a knack for juggling multiple priorities.
- Commercially savvy with experience managing budgets and measuring spaneting effectiveness.
- Confident communication skills, comfortable engaging diverse stakeholders.
- Design experience would be advantageous but not essential.
- A proactive attitude and genuine passion for travel.
