Role Summary
* In this role, you will support the organization by driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, reduce waste, improve workflow performance, and promote a culture of Lean thinking across office-based engineering, certification, and administrative processes. You will lead improvement events, coach teams on Lean methodologies, and ensure the long-term sustainability of process changes that support organizational objectives. Education & Job Requirements
* You must have
* A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
* A minimum of 5 years of experience leading continuous improvement efforts.
* A Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Green Belt, or similar certification.
* Experience applying continuous improvement, Lean principles, or process optimization in an office or administrative environment.
* Strong problem-solving abilities using CI tools such as Value Stream Mapping, Causal Analysis, 5 Whys, PDCA, and SIPOC.
* Experience facilitating training sessions or workshops.
* Familiarity with product lifecycle management tools such as Enovia.
* Demonstrated success leading process improvement projects that deliver measurable results. Preferred Skills

* You will be able
* Lead, coordinate, and facilitate Kaizen events, workshops, and improvement projects across engineering and certification functions.
* Conduct root cause analyses to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
* Develop and implement standardized work procedures, templates, and documentation to support consistent and efficient performance.
* Monitor and validate the effectiveness of implemented changes to ensure long-term sustainability.
* Coach teams on Lean problem-solving methods and support the implementation of their improvement ideas.
* Collect and analyze performance data to measure improvements in accuracy, efficiency, and workflow performance.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards summarizing cost savings, project outcomes, and KPIs.
* Communicate progress, challenges, and results of continuous improvement activities to leadership and stakeholders.
