Job Description:

Pay Range: $30-36.50

ENTRY LEVEL - Typically 0 - 3 years of relevant experience -
*Supports design and planning of production floor layout for assembly and materials handling.*

• Lean line implementation prework
• Schedule group alignment for non-lean line products
• Support Efficiency deep dives
Spaghetti Diagram
• Identify utilization opportunities resulting from excessive travel time

Data Analysis – By SKU, Op, etc
• FPY
• Scrap
• Rework Loops • Hiring 40-50 – need to know YoY impact of new hires on products processes
• Bolster ability to collect and analyze data of lean line implementations to ensure seeing results
• Other excel WIP, yield data analysis as needed

Draft PPAP Documentation
• Expedite identifying necessary changes
• Proactive Configuration Line stops – FAI’s, black lines, etc

Document existing tooling and fixtures
• Required to release new drawings when making improvements to existing manufacturing processes – document quality
• Creation of new tooling for lean lines??

Program laser labeling
• Delivered quality - 1 return item

Standard work documentation
• Manufacturing work process documentation
• Business process documentation
