You will report directly to our Sr Engineering Program Manager and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the companys success by ensuring the successful execution and delivery of complex engineering projects, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex engineering projects from initiation to completion.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE- Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in project engineering or related roles.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Technical expertise in the relevant engineering discipline.
- Experience in requirements based engineering and ARP4754 implementation strategies.
- Experience managing requirements databases in DOORS.
