Job Description:

Provide production support, create and Maintain an process and propose improvement actionsSpecify a tooling requirement, Create industrial resources programsDiagnose and resolve complex problemsPrepare process qualification and technically support process auditsPropose changes to the definition of products or operating methodsDefine the industrial validation plan for your processCarry out product and process data analysis activitiesDefine and validate technical documentationEnsure the management and traceability of developments in the technical elements of its responsibilityLead the capitalization of knowledge around the process in its technical fieldChallenge and follow the KPI (FTY, OTD, HR, PI) for the department

Job Requirements:

B.Tech / M.Tech in Mechanical/Industrial EngineeringExperience in Machine Shop or Special ProcessesProblem solving, Communication & Team workingEnsure conformity through PPAP and quality control.Mastery of plan reading and tolerancingExperience in process development and optimization.Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with lean manufacturing concepts.Understanding of PPAP (Production Part Approval Process).
