Process Engineer

Job Description:

Getting to know the product and production processesResponsibility for one or more production processes (gluing, mechanical assembly, assembly of electrical systems, painting, grinding, decorating, tightening process, final product testing)Implementation and optimization of existing or newly transferred production processesPossible trips abroad to Safran production plants in EuropeCollaboration with foreign colleaguesDesign, implementation and improvement of production processes for the assigned product line in cooperation with other departments (quality, HSE, construction)Design and implementation of new technologiesActive cooperation on development and strategic projectsSetting and maintaining process parametersActive cooperation in solving production problems according to the QRQC methodologyEliminating and preventing production defects in cooperation with the quality departmentEffective search for savings in production processes, active participation in reducing costs and efficiency of production processes, including savings calculations and calculationsCooperation in preparing investments for equipment and technology in cooperation with the industrial technology development department

Job Requirements:

Secondary or university education in a technical field (Mechanical or electrical engineering is an advantage)Internship in a manufacturing company in a similar position is an advantageOrientation in drawing documentation, technical standards, process improvement methodologies (5S, Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) and process KPIs (efficiency, process capability, ...)General orientation in production processes and creation of work procedures and instructionsEnglish language at a communicative level is a requirementDriver's license group B, active driver, willingness to travel between the Rokycany - Plzeň plantsWillingness to go on business trips abroadUser knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Independence, communication skills, ability to cooperate in a team and present resultsWillingness to learn new things
