Summary:

Provides engineering leadership to multi-disciplinary teams, including internal/external resources and customers.

Develops and manages statements of work (SOW) for research, development, and new business needs.

Coordinates approvals, negotiates changes, and oversees project execution, deliverables, resources, costs, and schedules.

Defines performance metrics, risk mitigation plans, and opportunities for improvement.

Tracks progress against baseline plans and provides technical, business, and integration leadership. Works under minimal direction.

Requirements:

Ability to obtain Secret clearance

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or Data Science.

9+ years related experience with a Bachelors, 7+ years with a Masters, or 4+ years with a PhD.

3+ years of experience leading or managing multi-disciplinary engineering project teams.

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
