Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects or work packages from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, deliverables, and success criteria
- Develop and maintain project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and communication plans
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may impact project delivery, reporting to stakeholders on regular basis
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting effective communication and knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- At least 1 year in project management area.
- Create specific action plans
- Understand technology
- Some experience in engineering
- Experience in assembly fabrication
- Program/Project management skills
- Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events.
- Ability toconveysubtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience.
- Demonstrated Earned Value Management skills
