• Build strategic relationship and partnership with the Actuation leadership team at Honeywell Aero in US and be part of global Actuation leadership team.

• Establish and deploy processes and standards for the Project Engineering Office within HTS EMEA Control Systems team. Focus on proper planning and change management, including resource planning and risk management in coordination with the technical leadership.

• Build and develop the team of project engineers in accordance with the Talent Readiness Assessment and project needs.

• Be people leader, provide coaching, mentoring and development guidance to the Project Engineering team members.

• Drive Execution excellence on all programs and projects assigned to the engineering teams. Align to and drive the R&D Transformation initiatives.

• Drive systemic actions for continuous improvement of Project Engineering practices and methods. Participate in Project Engineering Community of Practice and import the best practices to the.

• Own the daily and weekly Project MOS for key programs, including coordination with local technical leadership and global actuation team.

• Oversee execution of key programs in the portfolio, provide standardized weekly report on all KPIs. Own escalations to engineering and program management leadership.
