The Process engineering support specialist supports the Special Process Owners (SPO) in ensuring the quality, integrity, and safety of materials, components, and systems through robust repair processes. This role involves assisting in the development and maintenance Special Processes, preparing Tech sheets, relevant supporting documentation and training programs. Close work with SPO team to ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and client specifications.Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and prepare special procedures and techsheets for SPO approval,
- Management of SPO documentation,
- Supporting special process operators training and certification programs under the supervision of the SPO,
- Prepare special process for examination,
- Cooperate with production, assistance to maintain regular operation,
- Cooperate with the Special Process Owner and NPI Engineer in the industrialization of new repairs and products,
- Cooperate with Product Egnineers in special process related daily defect handling
- Providing technical assistance during audits, inspections, and customer reviews.
- Supervise operators based on quality requirements within authorization,
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience (minimum 1 year) in relevant special process as operator or technician
- Fluent English oral and written (to unerstand and create bilingual technical documentation)
- University degree in relevant field or comparable work experience is required
- Microsoft Office knowledge
