Desired Characteristics

  • PhD degree in Engineering with a focus in acoustics.
  • Demonstrated experience performing computational aeroacoustics analyses on HPC resources.
  • Familiarity with acoustic testing, data post-processing, and evaluation.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, MATLAB, or FORTRAN for tool development and modernization, with a demonstrated interest in creating innovative solutions for emerging acoustic challenges.
  • Experience leading, documenting, planning, and promoting technical programs and projects in acoustics.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
