Education & Job Requirements
* Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (including manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
* A minimum of proven experience in the design, integration, and testing of SIGINT systems.
* Strong understanding of sensor technologies, data acquisition, and data processing techniques.
* Knowledge of communication systems and data transmission protocols.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
* Experience with software tools for simulation and modeling of sensor systems.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
* Must be a U.S. Person for purposes of export compliance.
* Must be able to work onsite in El Segundo, CA.

* Lead the design and development of SIGINT systems, ensuring compliance with mission requirements and specifications.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sensor and data processing systems.
* Conduct performance analysis and environmental testing of systems, including data validation.
* Develop and maintain technical documentation related to design, testing, and operational procedures.
* Stay current with advancements in SIGINT systems and recommend improvements.
* Participate in project planning, risk assessment, and management activities.
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members. Physical Requirements & Environment
