Summary:

Define, decompose, and allocate requirements from aircraft-level to system/item level.

Develop and maintain system and airplane architectures.

Support safety activities: FHA, PSSA, CMA, SSA, and FMEA/FMES.

Ensure design traceability and compliance with higher-level requirements.

Plan and execute V&V activities across the V-model (item, system, aircraft).

Collaborate across hardware/software teams during design and testing.

Provide documentation and certification support for FAA/EASA.

Participate in design reviews, audits, and technical interchange meetings.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Systems, Aerospace, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or related field.

9 15 years of systems engineering experience in aerospace, automotive, or complex system domains.

Hands-on experience with requirements, design, implementation, V&V.

Knowledge of safety assessments (FHA, PSSA, SSA, CMA, FMEA/FMES).

Familiarity with certification standards (ARP4754A, ARP4761, DO-178C, DO-254).

Strong analytical, technical writing, and teamwork skills.

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
