This role is contingent upon the award of LTAMDS LRIP OY2.This is a great opportunity to join the LTAMDS (Lower Tier Area & Missile Defense System) LRIP (Low-Rate Initial Production) Program which expects annual awards for concurrent US/FMS production programs in the LADS (Land & Air Defense Systems) Sub-Business Unit as a Senior Analyst (P2). LTAMDS is a highly strategic franchise with significant long-term domestic and international spanet potential, providing excellent growth opportunities within the portfolio / has high visibility.
This role is being offered in an onsite capacity and is based on the needs of the business. Onsite work will be done in Tewksbury, MA Relocation assistance is not being provided.
What You Will Do:
Support the creation of Estimates at Complete (EACs) on a quarterly basis including costs, risks and opportunities at the Program level
Perform detailed financial analysis for the total Program cost elements to help define and understand the monthly variances to Budget baseline and EAC positions
Prepare program financial forecasts, monitor actual costs, and explain variances to plans and forecasts
Work closely with various functional organizations during the EAC development process; as well as monitoring these organizations’ performance against agreed upon budgets
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a Bachelors degree in a Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field & 2 years Finance work experience
Experience in Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and/or Experience in Estimates at Completion (EACs)
Experience with SAP and/or a similar system
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Financial experience in the aerospace/defense industry
In depth understanding of color of money policy, accounting principles
Excellent written and verbal communication with good presentation skills
Proficient use of Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Experience with PMX and C cert
Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork
Demonstrated ability to be proactive, creative, and innovative and use critical and strategic thinking
Able to meet critical deadlines and develop and apply solutions and process improvements in a fast-paced changing business environment
Sound analytical, problem identification, and problem-solving skills
Broad understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and the Cost Accounting Standards (CAS)

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
