Roles and Responsibilities:
The candidate will be involved in challenging projects with real business impact, main responsibilities will be focused on:
- Support to answer technical inquiries from airlines, customer and CFM shops
- Support activities related to field investigations of root cause analysis and field investigations
- Support to create changes of engine manuals and write Service Bulletins
- Support to create LEAP LRU reliability scorecard
- General support to the LEAP Product Support Engineering team
Required Qualifications:
- Enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, Industrial or Aeronautics, with at least 1 year to graduate
- Fluent in English
- Good academic performance
- Demonstrated skills to work towards objective and working with multiple teams
- Self-confidence
- Analytical ability
- Ability to adapt to multiple teams
