Shift & Pay Rate:

• First Shift: Mon-Fri, 8 AM - 4 PM
• $20-$22.50/hour

This role will begin in the Receiving department and expand into other warehouse functions through cross-training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Unload 75–150 boxes daily as part of a team
• De-box materials, store items into totes, and log inventory into the system
• Process material kits for Manufacturing, Contract Manufacturing, Engineering, and other internal departments
• Support the Repair Station by preparing parts for maintenance
• Accurately process material receipts and verify purchase orders
• Deliver incoming materials promptly to appropriate recipients based on shipping details
• Assist with daily outbound shipments to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery
• Handle RMA (Return Material Authorization) materials efficiently to meet customer and inventory requirements
• Perform inventory cycle counts as directed by the Buyer/Planner or Manufacturing Manager
• Maintain cleanliness in the Manufacturing, Warehouse, and Repair Center areas
• Support physical inventory activities as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly
• Strong computer skills required; experience with RF scanning and ERP systems preferred (Business Central, Outlook, Teams)
• Ability to work independently without continuous supervision
• Good communication skills; must be able to read and interpret written and verbal instructions
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.50/hr.
