✈️ Aircraft Technician – Contract-to-Hire
Location: Miami, FL
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Aircraft Technician to join our team in Miami. In this role, you will be responsible for the disassembly, assembly, inspection, and repair of major aircraft structures and components. This position plays a key part in supporting safe and efficient operations, including performing A‑Checks on Boeing aircraft.
🔧 Key Responsibilities- Disassemble and assemble aircraft components such as wings, fuselage sections, and landing gear.
- Interpret and follow engineering drawings, maintenance manuals, and technical specifications.
- Clean, inspect, and repair aircraft parts as required.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments to complete high‑quality work.
- Perform A‑Checks on Boeing aircraft in accordance with established procedures and standards.
📌 Qualifications- Valid A&P License required.
- Minimum 1 year of A&P experience (not including school).
- Hands-on experience in aircraft maintenance and repair.
- Boeing or Airbus experience highly preferred.
- Experience with widebody aircraft, troubleshooting, and inspection is a strong plus.
- Understanding of heavy maintenance processes; military aviation experience is valued.
