Successful candidates will meet, at the minimum, the following qualifications: Must possess a valid A&P License or have the ability to attain an Airframe and/or Powerplant License within the date specified upon hire. Several years working as an Aviation Maintenance Technician or equivalent role. Excellent communication skills are essential. Knowledge of aviation regulations, safety protocols, and industry best practices. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Experience with aircraft and technology used in the field. Willingness to work in a dynamic and evolving educational environment. Strong commitment to safety and compliance. Preferred qualifications include previous teaching or instructional experience in an aviation maintenance program. Additional aviation-related certifications and endorsements a plus.
