The Engine Line Technician, with limited supervision, assists with inspecting, troubleshooting, adjusting, repairing, and other general tasks related to the maintenance and repair of aircraft engines, systems, and components on a variety of engines. This is done using Personal Protection Equipment in a safe and clean work environment according to manufacturer’s specifications, approved procedures, and customer specifications. Additionally, this position prepares and completes appropriate documentation and training logs in a timely manner, and may perform as a Qualified Inspector (QI).

• Assist with high-quality inspections, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of aircraft engines, systems, and components.
• Use proper tooling in a timely, clean, safe, and professional manner.
• Accurately order required parts as needed.
• Prepare and complete appropriate documentation and training logs in a timely manner.
• May perform as a Qualified Inspector (QI).

• Powerplant mechanic experience
• Engine maintenance experience
• A&P certification
• Powerplant maintenance expertise

• 2-4 years of experience working on aircraft engines

Candidates will work inside a very clean, organized, temperature-controlled engine shop. The work hours are as follows:

• 1st shift: 6:00am to 4:00pm, Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday
• 2nd shift: 2:00pm to 12:00am, Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday
• Weekend shift: Friday-Sunday, working three 12-hour shifts with a 10 shift differential to make up for the four hours.

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $35.00/hr.
