Role Summary
* In this role, you will support CMV-22 modification and maintenance teams, applying your expertise in aircraft systems to perform inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and modifications. You will work independently and collaboratively to ensure airworthiness, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Education & Job Requirements
* Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
* Must have a minimum of four years of related experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Must have experience with V-22 maintenance and/or modification.
* Must have the ability to travel up to 25 for short-term assignments.
* Must be willing and able to travel on short notice to various locations, including domestic sites, military bases, CONUS, and Hawaii.
* Must understand that travel duration and frequency will vary based on customer and contractual needs.
* Must recognize that failure to travel when assigned, unless for compelling reasons, will be considered a resignation. Preferred Skills
* Will have an FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License.
* Will have previous experience in Quality Assurance.
* Will have extensive Depot-level modification experience.
* Will have a proactive, detail-oriented approach and a strong commitment to excellence. Job Duties/Functions
* Your duties will include (but are not limited to) CMV-22 Modification & Maintenance Teams:
* Will perform work directly with CMV-22 modification and maintenance teams to complete assigned projects.
* Will perform maintenance, modification, and repair on Electrical/Avionics or Airframe systems according to proper procedures.
* Will perform adherence to industry-standard processes such as FOD control, tool control, and health and safety requirements.
* Will perform assembly, disassembly, and repair of aerospace components to correct failures and ensure compliance with specifications.
* Will perform troubleshooting and diagnostics on aerospace and missile systems using monitoring instruments and automated test equipment.
* Will perform validation and verification testing of systems and components to confirm serviceability.
* Will perform independent resolution of mechanical or electrical issues using established fault isolation procedures, with limited engineering support.
* Will perform accurate documentation of all work performed, including repairs, test results, modifications, and inspections, to maintain contractual and regulatory compliance.
* Will perform inspection of components prior to installation to verify cleanliness and serviceability.
* Will perform identification and reconciliation of discrepancies found during inspections or maintenance.
* Will perform independent modifications to ensure products meet accuracy, adequacy, and quality standards.
* Will perform support for engineering teams by verifying work instructions and assisting with the resolution of any discrepancies found during maintenance or modification activities.
