Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of multiple projects simultaneously.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with GDLS processes
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies to minimize impact on project success.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communication, providing regular updates and reports to leadership, stakeholders, and customers.
- Ensure adherence to industry best practices, company standards, and compliance requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and tools, leveraging industry best practices.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Proven success managing large-scale, complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, SmartSheet, or equivalent).
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certification.
- Experience in running IT projects in support of a Manufacturing organization.
- Familiarity with change management principles and tools.
