Starting Pay Rate: $55.50 per hour
About the RolePDS Tech Commercial, in partnership with a global leader in the aerospace industry, is seeking a talented Project Management Specialist. In this role, you will be at the center of complex aerospace programs—ensuring that schedules, resources, and performance targets align to deliver world-class results. Your ability to coordinate, analyze, and lead projects will directly impact program efficiency, risk management, and overall success.
What You’ll DoAs a Project Management Specialist, you will:
Independently develop, integrate, and maintain program/project plans and schedules in alignment with industry standards.
Perform studies, risk assessments, variance analysis, and process improvement evaluations.
Create and update project schedules, reports, metrics, and change activities throughout the program lifecycle.
Implement project management best practices to improve processes and decision-making systems.
Direct all phases of projects or subsystems from inception to completion.
Act as the primary project contact for stakeholders—establishing requirements and objectives.
Assist in developing recovery plans and ensuring control systems are in place for ongoing project support.
QualificationsRequired:
Preferred:
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, Master’s degree with 4+ years, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Aerospace or engineering program management experience.

Pay Details: $55.50 per hour
