Roles and Responsibilities
- Own the development and execution of all operating cadences, including DMS, WOR, MOR, and Problem Solving.
- Own the evolution of performance management based on lagging indicators to forward looking KPIs. This includes developing structured problem-solving cadences to support.
- Own the creation and deployment of standard work, including roles and responsibilities for all op rhythms.
- Own the adherence to standard work for all supply chain org cadences.
- Own the standards for problems solving, including which FLIGHT DECK fundamentals/tools to deploy based on severity and recovery timeline.
- Support simplification of internal and external communication.
- Support for IM/T&O level process development and sharing best practices.
- As necessary, partners with staff to create kaizen roadmaps aligned to bowler performance.
- Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise within their discipline. May require strong commercial awareness and is expected to influence the development of strategy within own area, including control of resources and influences policy formulation.
- May lead functional teams or projects with minimal resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity. Communicates difficult concepts and may influence others options on particular topics. May guide others to consider a different point of view.
- Impacts the teams ability to achieve service, quality and timeliness of objectives. Work is subject to functional policy objectives. Regularly advises management in the function and/or in the business. Has a supportive role in decision making about important subjects. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years Manufacturing, Supply Chain or Souring experience + minimum of 5 years Manufacturing, Supply Chain or Souring experience
