Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy: Own the N-FP feature roadmap; translate customer needs into strategic, high-quality, on-time product releases.
Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative, self-managed culture; integrate people and processes across matrix teams.
Governance & Budget: Lead stakeholder governance to ensure effective use of time, budget, and risk management.
Vendor & Contract Management: Oversee internal/external contracts and manage partner/supplier relationships.
Conflict & Negotiation: Navigate complex stakeholder dynamics to achieve optimized business results.
What We Are Looking ForStrong Product Management background (SAFe experience preferred).
Experience in aviation, flight operations, or enterprise scale cloud/SaaS software.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder governance, and negotiation skills.
