Entry-level professional with broad theoretical job knowledge. Works under general direction and guidance within standard processes for non-routine tasks. Communicates with contacts in own team to explain and interpret information. Contributes to systems and processes changes in work routines. Essential Functions:

• Supporting Manufacturing Engineer for a Rocket Motor Program
• Responsible for (2) Continuous Improvement Projects per year for quality, productivity, or cost savings benefits.
• Assisting with Updating work instructions to improve readability.
• Assisting Lead Manufacturing Engineer to collaborate with Quality Engineering to develop robust root cause and corrective actions.

Qualifications:

• To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Manufacturing Engineering or have completed their Bachelor’s degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.
