Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (1st Shift)
Job OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Operator – Band 3 to join our manufacturing team. This role involves electro-mechanical assembly of custom test fixtures and rack-mounted equipment in a cleanroom and production environment. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, follows procedures closely, and maintains high-quality standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform electro-mechanical assembly of custom test fixtures and test equipment
Read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and customer specifications
Wire electrical systems including test fixtures, rack cabinets, and control panels
Assemble, cable, and wire custom rack-mount cabinet test stands (cleanroom environment)
Install heavy mechanical components as required
Maintain strict quality standards throughout all production phases
Meet production targets by adhering to TAKT and cycle time requirements
Follow all workplace safety protocols and procedures
Required Skills & QualificationsExperience with electrical, electromechanical, and pneumatic systems
Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Basic computer skills, including use of scanners
Ability to read and write in English
Experience using torque drills and assembly tools
Ability to adjust equipment within scope or escalate issues appropriately
Preferred QualificationsExperience in cleanroom environments
Knowledge of fiber optics, PCB, or small component assembly
Experience using inspection guns for contamination checks
Familiarity with Electric Pallet Jacks (EPJ) or willingness to learn
Understanding of multiple levels of assembly processes
Physical RequirementsWork performed in a manufacturing environment
Repetitive motions requiring strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
Ability to sit, stand, and work in confined spaces for extended periods
Frequent ladder use
Ability to lift/push up to 40 lbs
Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
