We’re looking for skilled Wire Harness Assemblers to join our growing team in Centennial, Colorado. This contract-to-hire opportunity is ideal for individuals with experience in assembly, wiring, or electronics who thrive in a hands-on, detail-oriented setting.
💵Compensation- Pay Range: $22–$27/hour (Depending on Experience)
🛠️Key Responsibilities- Review traveler documentation for accuracy (part numbers, revisions, quantities)
- Inspect incoming materials for damage or defects
- Cut, de-jacket, and strip cables
- Load connectors, apply labels, and perform heat shrinking
- Assemble wire harnesses using a board and detailed instructions
- Sign off on completed work orders
- Safely package materials and ensure proper identification
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols and report any hazards
- Adhere to work schedule and maintain punctuality
✅Required Skills- Proficiency with hand tools, measuring equipment, and stripping/crimping machines
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Good vision and hearing required
- Familiarity with IPC 620 standards (preferred)
🌟Preferred Experience- Experience in assembly, blueprint reading, soldering, wiring, and labeling
- Experience in aerospace, aviation, or electronics
- Mechanical assembly and schematic interpretation
