Support Safety and Compliance Excellence - Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Technician

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an EHS Technician to join our team. This role focuses on supporting Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) initiatives with a strong emphasis on digital integration, documentation, and compliance.
You’ll play a key role in maintaining safety standards, managing records, and promoting a culture of environmental stewardship.

What You’ll Do
As an EHS Technician, you will:

Conduct inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
Investigate incidents and near-misses, document findings, and suggest preventative measures.
Participate in EHS training sessions to ensure staff compliance with best practices.
Maintain accurate records of safety training, incident reports, and compliance documentation.
Manage ordering and inventory of medical, safety, and emergency response equipment.
Assist in assembling and delivering ergonomic equipment to employees.
Support EHS Lead in implementing corrective actions and policy changes.
Perform additional tasks such as installing signs and light facilities work.

What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in an EHS role.
Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and manage tasks without close supervision.
Strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

3 years of EHS experience.
Experience in a manufacturing environment.
Skills in database maintenance and digital task execution.

Pay Details: $22.36 to $32.44 per hour
