🚀 Electromechanical Technician – UAV SystemsLocation: South San Francisco, CA

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing- Assemble and test cutting-edge avionics systems, including PCBAs, cable harnesses, and integrated modules for UAV platforms.
- Perform complex electro-mechanical builds using schematics, blueprints, and detailed work instructions.
- Apply precision bonding techniques for composite materials and electronic potting processes.
- Conduct functional and continuity testing using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic tools.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing and Quality teams to troubleshoot issues and improve build processes in real time.
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to process improvements within our MES system.
- Keep your workspace organized, calibrated, and ready for rapid production cycles.
🧠 What You Bring-Mechanical PCBA assembly, Assembly experience using hand/power tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, torque drivers, drills, calipers/measurement tools, etc.)
-Ability to read basic SOP’s and non-technical instructions and follow directions
- Soldering
-Enclosure integration
-Torque-controlled fastening
-Cable and harness routing
-Electronic potting processes
-Experience with bonding composites (carbon fiber, epoxies): Mixing, dispensing, and curing.
-Ensuring waterproofing and environmental protection
- Following Manufacturing protocols
- Basic computer skills ex. MacOS or Microsoft
- Needs to have great problem-solving skills, good judgment, & proactivity
- Strong attention to detail

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.00/hr.
