- Project documentation and storage / management of documentation
- Development of concepts for quality assurance
- Preparation and coordination with stakeholders/interfaces for information or approval presentations for various committees
- Support for on-site meetings: room reservations, visitor registrations, catering, taking minutes, general organization
- Structuring / administration of e.g. SharePoints, Teams channels, Ivalua administration, PerAngusta administration
- Creation of presentation slides - supplier performance, spare part delivery times, etc.
- Documentation standards, e.g. updating of RfP/I templates

Requirements
- Enrollment for the entire period of the internship (current enrollment certificate and a written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelors and Masters degree program (Gap Year)
- Fluency in English
- MS Office skills
- Basic airline know-how
- Basic technical understanding
- Structured, independent way of working
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
