The Cirrus Next Sales Support role will support our Cirrus Next Sales team and Pre-Owned Partners in the fast-paced environment with both the SR and SF series to pre-owned owners and operators around the world. This person will work to design, implement, and execute processes to support our growing enterprise. In addition, this person will handle a wide range of responsibilities, including acting as a liaison between production, service, accounting, training, delivery team, marketing, legal, IT and sales teams.
Duties and Responsibilities/Essential Functions
- Day to day Pre-Owned sales paperwork:
- Point of contact for Cirrus Next Program
- Preparing and reviewing documents for signatures, initiating escrow procedure, recording orders
- Record orders/ initiate Salesforce process and data entry for necessary information.
- Act as lead for Next deliveries, signing and submitting documentation to accounting, coordinate with paint/prep team, line services and delivery pilot(s) for successful customer experience.
- Ensure coordination of timelines and successful delivery of the aircraft.
- Representing Sales/Outreach
- Liaison for Accounting, Legal, Delivery, Flight Training, Fleet and the Sales team.
- Work with preowned partners and out-of-network brokers when assistance is needed.
- Initiate conversations with unknown listing agents to familiarize with Cirrus.
- Coordinate with new aircraft sales, sales engineers, field support, VPO community team, marketing, flight training and operations departments for benefit of customer support.
- Miscellaneous Projects
- Monitor SF50 listings for used aircraft through various channels.
- Participate and present updates in bi-weekly Preowned Meetings with Cirrus Next/Sales Team.
- Track and analyze ownership data, trends, market demand report findings.
- Monitor scheduling of fleet leased assets within program with maintenance/demo prep and return to customer dates as applicable
- Cross train with Sales Support team

- Bachelors degree; or 2-4 years related experience and/or training
